Biography
Studied at the Faculty of Painting of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw from 1985 to 1989. Diploma under the direction of professors Tadeusz Dominik, Zbigniew Gostomski and Ryszard Winiarski. In 1992-2001 he ran a painting studio at the European Academy of Arts in Warsaw. He is a member of the Association of Polish Artists and Designers and the Otwarta Pracownia Association in Cracow. He cooperates with the Sculpture Gallery in Warsaw, the Center for Contemporary Art in Warsaw, the Biała Gallery in Lublin, the Otwarta Pracownia gallery in Cracow, ABC in Poznań, the Koło Gallery in Gdańsk, Bunkier Sztuki in Cracow, the Art Gallery in Warsaw, and the Sculpture Center in Orońsko. He has received scholarships from the Culture Foundation, Ministry of Culture and Art, Polish Culture Foundation, Stefan Batory Foundation. The artist's works are in the collections of the National Museum in Warsaw, the Orońsko Sculpture Center, the Adenauer Foundation, the Museum in Chełm, the Studio Gallery, the Peria Collection, the White Gallery in Lublin,the Zachęta National Gallery and in private collections.
