A nice piece from the first vintage of Malbork sixers.
Variety with the so-called small head.
Obverse: crowned royal bust, in armor and cloak, with a tubular orifice, to the right, in a pearl border, in the outer border a legend separated by the coat of arms of Lewart, the Great Crown Treasurer Jan Firlej, in the shield:

Reverse: crowned coat of arms with the coats of arms of the Crown, the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the Snopes coat of arms of the Vasa dynasty, under the crown the denomination mark VI, on the sides of the shield with the Snopes the marks "ring" and "triangle" belonging to the Malbork miners Kasper Goebel and Gracjan Gonzalo on the sides of which are spheres; in the border string and pearl, in the outer border the legend:
