Biography
Graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw. In 1965 he received a diploma with honors in ceramics in the studio of Rudolf Krzywec and Halina Olech and painting under the direction of Professor Zbigniew Karpinski. In 1965-66, he was a designer at the ćmiel Porcelain Factory, and then worked in a research and teaching position at the Wroclaw State Higher School of Fine Arts. He is a member of the International Association of Graphic Artists XYLON. He works in printmaking, artistic and industrial ceramics, sculpture and painting. He has had numerous solo exhibitions and participated in about 100 group exhibitions. His works are in museum collections in Budapest, Kalisz, Lublin, Jelenia Gora, Bechyne, Boleslawiec, Wroclaw, Warsaw, Olsztyn, Poznan, Szczecin and in private collections at home and abroad. Together with his brother Stanislaw and son Jack, he has completed 15 architectural compositions (bas-reliefs, fountains, sculptures).
