PCGS SP63 plate coin (28672594).
Special strike (SP) on a lead disc over 40 millimeters long, for test coins in progress, with 12-petal lotus flower (but the strike is slightly trefoiled). Of a simplified type: almost certainly a rough draft of this type by René Mercier, preceding the 11-petal lotus corners and those with the tricolor cockade. A unique proof of museum interest! Superb at Fleur de coin.
