Very rare, the first Poznan ternar without the denomination marking with the Roman numeral III.

The coin was formerly erroneously described in the literature as a Cracow denarius. It came from the municipal mint in Poznan, from the time of the administration of Rudolf Lehmann, who signed a contract with the city to mint only terns (which is also confirmed by the consistent metrology of coins with and without the denomination marking). These trzeciaks were likened to crown coins in order to more easily export this coin to other provinces, as explicitly indicated in the 1618 contract.

An item very rarely seen in trade, known from single quotations.
