Obverse: in the pearl rim bust of the ruler in crown, armor, with a robe studded with jewels, to the right, in the outer rim legend punctuated by the coat of arms of the Half-Kozic Podskarbiego Wielkiego Koronnego:

Reverse: crowned escutcheons with the coats of arms of the Crown, the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the Snopes coat of arms of the Vasa dynasty, under the crown the denomination mark VI, in the pearl border, in the outer rim the legend:
