Obverse: in the pearl rim a bust of the ruler wearing a crown, armor, with a robe studded with jewels, to the right, in the outer rim a legend punctuated by the coat of arms of the Half-Kozic Podskarbiego Wielkiego Koronnego:

Reverse: crowned shields with the coats of arms of the Crown, the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the Snopes coat of arms of the Vasa dynasty, under the crown the denomination mark VI, in the pearl rim, in the outer rim the legend:
