Obverse: in a linear border bust of the ruler wearing a crown, armor, with a robe studded with jewels, to the right, in the outer border legend punctuated by the coat of arms of the Half-Cossic Sub-Treasurer of the Great Crown:

Reverse: crowned escutcheons with the coats of arms of the Crown, Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the Snopes coat of arms of the Vasa dynasty, under the crown the denomination mark VI, in the pearl rim, in the outer rim the legend:
