An exquisite piece, with gloss falling into mirror and fine patina on both sides, sharp relief.

One of the highest grades in NGC grading - rare in such excellent condition.

A PRVS M legend tip variety, with open worm shaped labrets.

Obverse: half-figure of Sigismund III Vasa facing right, in outer rim legend with punctuation:
+SIGIS III DG REX POL M D LI RVS PRVS M+;

Reverse: five-field escutcheon with the coats of arms of the Crown, the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the Coat of Arms of the House of Vasa, crowned with a crown topped with a royal apple, on the sides of the escutcheon the date 16-22 and labrys in the shape of snails, in a rope border, in the outer rim a legend with punctuation punctuated by the coat of arms of Sas Treasurer Mikołaj Daniłowicz in a Polish type escutcheon:
