A very rare variety with a type 14A crown according to Romanczyk's typology, known for this vintage from only two variants.
Obverse: closed crown with 5 fleurons, with a full rim seen from below, with the inner projection of the back of the crown inscribed in it. Below the crown, a legend in three lines:
SIGISMVND/PRIM-REX/POLONIE; below it the coat of arms of Leliwa of the Grand Crown Treasurer Spytek Tarnowski between his initials;
Reverse: in the pearl rim an eagle with 11 feathers in each wing, with a spread tail, with four-pawed feet, crowned with an open crown with three fleurons; in the outer rim a legend:
