Poland under Russia, 10 groschen 1840

A very nicely preserved piece.

No visible signs of circulation, only minor rubbing of silvering in the highest parts of the relief.

Obverse: eagle, at its tail the initials of the mint M-W;

Reverse: in laurel and oak wreath inscription:
10/GROSZY/1840;
