Godfather medal minted in Danzig, signed IH Jan Höhn.
Sebastian Dadler and both Höhns father and son had the right to sell commemorative medals to Danzig residents. They minted medals with religious and moral themes. They were purchased by the city's patriciate to honor home celebrations. Such medals were mostly minted in silver, and occasionally for the wealthiest in gold. Jan Höhn the elder minted them at the Gdansk city mint.
The medal is accompanied by an expert's report and description, signed by Jaroslaw Dutkowski.
