A distinctive denarius depicting St. Adalbert, the patron saint of Gniezno, on the reverse.
Rich in varieties differing mainly in the characters on the sides of the knight.
A rare variant with the letters O - T on the sides of the prince, with a triangular helmet and a shield with a double lag.

An exceptional piece of mint beauty, with sharp relief, luster and charming patina.
Deep stamp, smooth background, no signs of circulation.
Definitely recommended - a rarity in such a beautiful state of preservation.

obverse: bust of a prince in front with a sword in his right hand, on the sides mint marks O - T
reverse: a bishop (St. Adalbert) with a pastoral and a bible
