Sweden, Eric XIV, 1/2 Mark Reval 1562 - VERY RARE

Very rare half mark from Reval mint. Attractive piece with a lot of luster.

In Ahlström's catalog it was marked with a rarity level R, which means that the author known 10 or less specimens in private collections.

Variety with a cross, the mark of Poul Gulden, mintmaster of the Reval mint in the years 1561-1570, placed on the reverse.
