A very rare coin, struck with a stamp rotated by about 115 degrees. In the coin collections of the last century, machine-minted in large numbers, it is not the quantity of coins that indicates the quality of the collection, but the number of gems in it. There is no higher grade of gems than low-volume SAMPLES, and even rarer to them, created by accident, interesting minting errors (offsets, reversals).
