This is the second highest grade!

NGC PF 63 CAMEO (6638167-009).
Burnished blank (PROOF) and cameo effect between satin-finish reliefs and mirror fields. Close to mint condition, the high reliefs barely touched. Iridescent patina forming. Almost Fleur de coin.
