The first of three unrealized proof fifty-penny coins from 1958, which represented a search for new iconography for circulation coins.

The type designed by Waclaw Kowalik, with a wreath on the front side, which was used a dozen years later for two-zloty coins minted since 1975.

Mint condition.

Nickel, diameter 23 mm, weight 5.51 g.
