Extremely rare medal, not listed in the Hutten-Czapski catalog.
Czapski notes three varieties of medals minted on the occasion of the 300th anniversary of the Union of Lublin, however, there is none like the one presented here.
On the obverse we see standing personifications of the Kingdom of Poland and the Grand Duchy of Lithuania.
