A mint example in a fine satin charm patina.

Impeccable relief, sharp detail and a clean, glossy background earned the MS63+ grade at NGC.

The denomination introduced by the January 11, 1924 reform minted in this design since 1932. According to the Presidential Decree of August 27, 1932, these coins could be used to pay debts up to a maximum of 1,000 zlotys. The coin remained in circulation until November 1939.

The coin was minted in Warsaw in 1932 and 1933 and in London (without the mint mark) in 1932. The highest mintage was minted in London in 1932 (6,000,000 pieces), the lowest in Warsaw in 1933 (2,800,000 pieces).

Obverse: crowned eagle, in the rim the legend: RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA 10 ZŁOTYCH 10, under the eagle's tail the year. Under the eagle's paw the Kościesza coat of arms - the mark of the State Mint in Warsaw.
Reverse: head of a woman (Polonia) in a cap to the left, surrounded by ears of grain.
