A nice piece of the first vintage of the Vicarage pennies of August III.
Obverse: royal bust in armor, with the Order of the Golden Fleece on his chest, to the right, in the rim a legend beginning with a rosette:

Reverse: double-headed eagle, on its breast a crowned five-field escutcheon with the coats of arms of the Crown, the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the coat of arms of the Vettin family, in the rim a legend beginning with a rosette:
