A characteristic type of half-grosz of Casimir IV Jagiellon, dated 1479-1492, with the Poraj coat of arms (of Piotr Kurozwęcki - Great Treasurer of the Crown).
Av.: Crowned eagle, with head facing left. In the rim: + MONETA x KAZIMIRI
Rw.: Crown. Under the crown, the coat of arms of Poraj (Rose). In the rim: + REGIS x POLONIE
Variety with a trillium above the helm of the crown.
State of preservation: 3+
Rim underpainting, but a nicely preserved piece for this type. Gloss and a lot of mirror on the obverse. An attractive coin.
