A variety with a 12-fluted orifice of type 1d.
Obverse: royal bust in crown, and armor, with tubular orifice seen from the side, to the right, in the rim a legend punctuated by the coat of arms of Lewart Podskarbie Wielki Koronny Jan Firlej in the shield:

Reverse: denomination III, below it the coats of arms of the Eagle of the Crown, the Sheaf of the Vasa dynasty and the Pogo of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania between ornaments, below it the legend in three lines:
GROS-ARG/-TRIP-REG-/-POLONI-, below it an abbreviation of the date 94 and the mint marks ring and triangle of the miners Goebel and Gonzalo between the ornaments;
