Lukasz DYMIŃSKI, Autumn in Brzeźno (2021)
oil, canvas
50 x 120 cm
Signed and dated p.d.: DYMIŃSKI 21-22
DYMIŃSKI graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw in 2018, from the Faculty of Painting, in the studio of Prof. Stanisław Baj. He cultivates plein air painting in the broadest sense. His works are a conscious reference to the long-standing tradition of landscape painting - including Polish - and the simplifications he finds in the Japanese culture that fascinates him. In 2017, he won the Grand Prix in the painting competition organized by the Franciszka Eibish Foundation, and the following year he won First Prize in the competition for young creative individuals "Mazovian Debuts." Since 2017, he has been a member of the Mazovian Association of Fine Arts Artists. His paintings are in private collections, in Canada, the United States, Norway, Belgium, Finland, Japan, Spain and also in Poland.
