Biography
Between 1920 and 1924, she studied easel painting at the Ludwika Mehoffer Free School of Painting and Drawing in Cracow under professors: J. Fedkowicz, Z. Pronaszka, J. Rubaczek. In 1925 she left for Paris for further artistic studies. Since 1926 she was a member of ZPAP, and since 1937 of the Association of Artists "Zwornik". She was affiliated with the Wroclaw Academy of Fine Arts from 1948 to 1960, first as a senior assistant, and from 1958 as the head (together with Z. Karpinski) of the painting studio.

Selected awards: honorable mention at the First All-Poland Exhibition of Workers' Union - Warsaw 1950; ZPAP Medal at the Third Festival of Polish Contemporary Painting - Szczecin 1966.
