Since 2003 he has co-founded the Open Studio at the Academy of Fine Arts, and since 2005 he has been the head of the Painting and Drawing Studio at the Faculty of Textile and Fashion at the Academy of Fine Arts in Lodz. Individual exhibitions in galleries in Lodz, Warsaw, Bielsko-Biala, Poznan, Stuttgart. Participated in many major group exhibitions at home and abroad. Winner of the Grand Prix of the National Painting Competition "BIELSKA JESIEŃ" (1997). From most of Leder's paintings emanates peace and certainty of eternity. As if in spite of decadence or hastily created "miraculousness" of discoveries of the new world, the artist's paintings remind of the thousand-year experience of Aborigines and Tibetans, and other mystics penetrating the mysteries of the Universe for centuries.
