Biography
Graduate of the Institute of Art Education at the Academy of Special Education in Warsaw. In 2015, she defended her bachelor's degree with distinction (a series of thematically related works entitled "Stopped Scenes"), and in 2017, also with distinction her master's degree (the series "One Hundred Years!"-a series of nine large-format works). Both diplomas in the painting studio of Prof. Marzanna Wroblewska. In 2019, the artist was included in the Kompas Sztuki ranking. Winner of the Scholarship Program of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage "Young Poland" 2019. In 2013/14, 2014/15; 2015/16, 2016/17 Wioleta Rzążewska, for her artistic achievements, was a scholarship holder of the JM Rector of the Academy of Fine Arts for the best students. And in 2015/16 and 2016/17 she was a scholarship holder of the Center for Thought of John Paul II of the City of Warsaw. Awards and distinctions: Finalist of the 4th National L. Wyczółkowski Painting Competition in Bydgoszcz, 2020; Laureate of the APS Rector's Competition for the best diploma thesis 2016/17; Finalist of the 2nd National L. Wyczółkowski Painting Competition in Bydgoszcz, 2016; Laureate of the APS Rector's Competition for the best diploma thesis 2014/15. Author of more than a dozen solo exhibitions. Participant in dozens of group exhibitions.
