Adam Nowacki born in 1967 in Bydgoszcz. Studied at the Painting and Graphic Arts Department of the State Higher School of Visual Arts in Gdansk in the graphic design studio of Prof. Jerzy Krechowicz and in the painting studio of Prof. Henryk Cześnik. He received his diploma in painting in 1994, with an annex in graphic design led by Prof. Wieslaw Debski. He cultivates painting. He presents his works individually and at group exhibitions.
About himself he says"To paint something realistic and not fall into illustration.... To do something mysterious at the same time playing 'open cards'.... to mix like hell and remain concise.... to moralize without falling into banality.... a'pipe dream.'
