Yaroslav Kachmar
Born in 1955 in Lviv, Ukraine. An outstanding representative of contemporary art.
He deals with painting, artistic printmaking, ceramic sculpture.
In 1974 he graduated from the Ceramics Department of Lviv School of Applied Arts
(now Lviv State Institute of Decorative and Applied Arts named after Ivan Trush).
Since 1976, he has been permanently involved in art. He has participated in numerous exhibitions in the country and in more than 100 international symposiums and competitions around the world.
Since 1994, he has cooperated with the Office of Art Exhibitions in Lublin under the direction of the well-known art critic Andrzej Mroczek where he had his three solo exhibitions and participated in numerous projects in which he exhibited his works with such well-known artists as Christo, J. Nowosielski, J. Bereś, Nikifor, Koji Kamoji, Stanislaw Fijałkowski and others, among others during the exhibition titled "Signs of Identity".
