Studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw where he received his diploma in 1991 in the painting studio of Professor Jan Tarasin. Inspiration coming from outside, emotional cognition of external space, is usually the first stage of work on a painting. However, the plane of the painting has its own space, limitation and makes clear demands. Observation of the canvas as a whole is the only way out here and allows reconciliation of these generally contradictory elements. Such an attitude, based on observation of the painting and its integration, we called with Jan Wyżykowski - "New Structuralism".
