Wojciech Piekarski was born in 1980. When he graduated in architecture from the Technical University of Lodz, he debuted his paintings at auctions and achieved great success. He paints mainly nudes and still lifes. He tries to refer to the painting traditions of Caravaggio. His works are close to hyperrealism. They are present in Lodz, Warsaw and also foreign galleries. His raca "Dream" was sold for almost 6 thousand zlotys during the VIII Propoition Auction (it is the most expensive work of an artist of the young generation of that time sold in Lodz).
