Wojciech Brewka was born in 1980 in Kalisz. He is a painter, colorist, street art artist, creator of large-scale murals, co-owner of the officyna art & design gallery, originator and producer of the Przenikania Festival. He makes his workshop and exhibition space available to students of the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts, talented musicians and sculptors, organizers of academic sessions and off-site art activities. He is one of the most recognizable artists of the younger generation. Wojciech Brewka's distinctive style of painting combines elements of Urban Art and easel painting. Among other things, the artist often places images of animals in surprising, camp and ironic contexts. Many of his works are part of the current of equality and environmental education, and the artist himself is eagerly involved in various charitable actions, supporting both people and animals.
