She was born in Szczecin, Poland. In 1989, she graduated in Polish philology from the University of Szczecin. By passion and passion she is a painter and illustrator of children's books. In 1997 she illustrated the book "Śnieżynek" by A.D.Liskowacki. Since 2002 she has been a member of the Artistic Association of European Integration (SAIE) in Szczecin. She has participated in numerous individual and group exhibitions in Szczecin,Stargard,Wolin,Gryfino,Poznan,Warsaw,Lübeck,Bergen,Strasbourg,Berlin, among others.
In 2010 she was invited to participate in the Salon of Illustrators,which accompanied the IX Poznan Trade Fair Meetings-Books for Children and Young People.
In 2011, the Warsaw publishing house Wilga published Dorota Gellner's book "Children in the garden" with her illustrations.
In 2012, fairy-tale motifs designed by her appeared on the walls of the Children's Ward of the Arkona Hospital in Szczecin-as part of the social program "Children's world in colors" implemented by the Paints and Varnishes Factory Śnieżka SA.
