Vitali Zhuk (alias Vitus) was born in 1973 and lives and works in Minsk. He has been painting in oils for about 20 years. He studied at the Repin Academy of Fine Arts in St. Petersburg. In addition to his original works, he also paints (on commission) copies of paintings by famous painters. His paintings are characterized by a beautiful choice of colors and a sense of taste, as well as a wonderful play of light. In all his works he places great emphasis on careful elaboration of details, colors and play of light, which creates an unforgettable atmosphere. The subject matter of Witus' works brings solace to viewers and satisfies art lovers. The paintings of this Artist are in many collections at home and abroad.
