Viktor Shakhov - architect, artist, was born in 1949 and from an early age was interested in art and creation. He studied at the Faculty of Architecture of the Kharkiv Agricultural Institute (1967-1972). After graduating, Viktor Nikolaevich began his professional career at architectural design institutes, and collaborated on many architectural projects that today adorn Ukrainian cities. At the same time, he also discovered his second passion: watercolor painting. He has participated in numerous exhibitions throughout Ukraine.
