Professor and graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow, where he studied painting and printmaking. He earned his diploma in the studio of Adam Marczyński (1974). In the 1980s, he began teaching at his alma mater, and was involved in painting and printmaking, art theory and art criticism. Author of more than 50 solo exhibitions and winner of numerous awards in the field of graphics and drawing. Member of the International Association of Graphic Arts Triennial, Krakow. Participant of all editions of the International Plein-Air of painters using the language of geometry organized by Bożena Kowalska.
In art, he was searching for his language of geometry, which would reflect his reflections on nature, philosophy, psychology by Carl Gustav Jung, metaphysics and transcendence.
