Sebastian Skowronski (b.1976, Lodz), studied at the Faculty of Fine Arts and Design at the School of Computer Science in Lodz, where in 2005 he received a bachelor's degree in Graphic Arts with a specialization in classical photography from Prof. Marek Herbik. In 2009 he received a teaching qualification in postgraduate studies in Pedagogical Preparation at the Higher School of Humanities and Economics in Lodz. He completed his studies at the Wladyslaw Strzeminski Academy of Fine Arts in Lodz, where in 2011 he defended his master's degree in the Studio of Wood Engraving Techniques and Art Book and made an annex in painting with Prof. Andrzej Marian Bartczak. In 2016, he was nominated for "The 4th Graphic Art Biennial of Szeklerland" in Romania. He creates in the field of printmaking, drawing, photography. Also writes, including short performative texts. Since 2013, she has been interpreting her work regularly on her own blog, drzeworytnik.pl. In addition, she shares her inner thoughts on contemporary art, pursuing her own project "Convex printing in Poland and Lodz graphics" in blog form at drzeworyt.pl and grafikalodzka.pl.
