Biography
Graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk, where he received a master's degree in painting in the studio of Prof. Jerzy Ostrogórski and Prof. Witoslaw Czerwonka in 2009. In 2011-2015, he worked as an assistant in the drawing studio of the Institute of Design at the Koszalin University of Technology with Prof. Elżbieta Kalinowska-Motkowicz. In 2012, he completed a scholarship project of the Marshal of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, which culminated in a solo exhibition at the Castle of Pomeranian Dukes in Szczecin. In 2015, he defended his doctorate in fine arts at the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk with the thesis "Mythology of painting structures as a way to discover the identity of modern architecture in Poland in the 1950s - 1980s." From 2016 to 2020, he was an assistant professor at the Faculty of Architecture and Design at the Koszalin University of Technology, conducting numerous scientific and artistic researches. He is a spontaneous and unpredictable artist, seeking artistic expression in all forms, from easel painting to fine art printmaking (screen printing, lithography, photography), including experimental techniques such as printing in molten glass, robotics, video and performance. Currently, his main focus is on painting, where he plays with the original language of expression, appropriate to the current state of emotional experience. This allows him not to limit himself to one artistic style and create something new every time.
