Born in 1956 in Warsaw. Graphic artist, painter, draughtsman, illustrator and author of animated films. Studied at the Faculty of Graphic Arts of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, graduating in 1981 under the tutelage of Prof. Henryk Tomaszewski. In the 1980s, he co-created New Expression in painting, combining painting and printmaking, often through screen printing techniques and the first graphic programs. His style is characterized by simplified human silhouettes and intense, synthetic expression. Since 1992, he has collaborated with Marek Sobczyk in the "zafryki" project. He has won numerous awards, including the Grand Prix of the Chaumont Poster Festival (1993), a silver medal at the 16th International Poster Biennale in Wilanow (1998).
