About the Author
Pawel Cabanowski graduated from the Faculty of Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw in 1990.
He is a colorist thematically interested in wild landscapes.
He paints mainly in oil technique on canvases.
He has shown his paintings in many group and solo exhibitions. His works are in private collections in Poland and abroad.
In 2015 he was awarded the badge of honor "Meritorious for Polish Culture".
In 2018, he was the recipient of a scholarship from the Minister of Culture and National Heritage.
He has beenteaching drawing and painting at the Public Art Center in Grodzisk Mazowiecki for 20 years.
