B. 1962, Milicz
Paints abstract paintings. He is a self-taught artist. The author draws his inspiration from human existential dilemmas. This prompts him to take apart all the issues that define our existence in the universe. Hence in his works appear motifs of space, inter-dimensional transitions, undulations, vibrations, transformation of energy and matter, contrast of light and shadow, tonal play of colors, symbols. Often the process of creating the work itself begins with the transformation of the image workspace from the plane to the three-dimensional area. This is followed by fixation, painting a momentary deformation. The painting stage is followed by a return to a two-dimensional state with a captured ""photograph"" of the disturbance just caused. This is a peculiar documentation of what may escape our attention and will not happen again, or is ongoing, still invisible but inherently real and real. Pawel Bienkiewicz uses the pseudonym "pablo" in his works, dressed in an elliptical logotype.
The author believes that the most beautiful works of art are created by nature. Therefore, man, imitating nature will never surpass it, but it is worthwhile to continue these struggles because the results are sometimes delightful.
The creator synthetically about himself:
- An active observer of nature and existential dilemmas, trying to translate them into the language of abstraction,
- likes the aesthetics of the works of Stasys Eidrigevicius, Antonio Gaudi and the work of H.R. Giger,
- convinced of the possibility of everything coming into existence, even what seems impossible today,
- intrigued by our place in the universe and how big and at the same time how small Man is,
- A proponent of string theory and its relationship to the structure of matter.
The message: let's abandon limitations and start a journey into the unknown together.
