Polish painter, illustrator, educator, essayist. Full professor at the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk. He does easel painting (most often depicts nudes), monumental painting, press and satirical drawing, sculpture from readymade objects and book illustration. His works have been shown in more than 20 solo exhibitions in Gdansk, Gdynia, Sopot, Koszalin, Breda, Düsseldorf, Albstadt, Zwingenberg, Berlin or Nuremberg, among others, and in more than two hundred group exhibitions in Montreal, Tokyo, Paris, Bonn, Moscow, Hamburg, Istanbul, Sofia, Bergen, Copenhagen, Cologne, Lübeck, Tehran or Bremen. The artist's works are in the National Museum in Gdansk and Szczecin, the District Museum in Torun, the Potato Museum in Munich, the Museums of Caricature in Montreal, Amsterdam, Skopje, Gabrovo, and Warsaw, as well as in private collections at home and abroad.
