Biography
Painter, graduate of the Faculty of Arts at the University of Zielona Gora, (graduated in 2005 in the studio of Leszek Knaflewski). He was awarded a distinction at the 37th Painting Biennale "Bielska Jesień 2005". He has presented his works in solo exhibitions in Poland and abroad, including: at the Żak-Branicka gallery (Berlin 2014, 2011, 2010, 2008), Kronika Gallery (Bytom, 2009), BWA Gallery (Zielona Gora, 2009) and numerous group exhibitions. He lives and works in Zielona Gora. Jankowski unscrupulously exposes the human tendency to destruction and appropriation. As an artist, he coolly portrays reality. He does not shy away from depicting cruelty, degradation of nature, violence against animals, blindness to greed thus showing that history has taught us nothing.
