Mariusz Konczalski was born in 1961. He graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun. He defended his diploma in painting in the studio of Prof. Stanislaw Borysowski in 1984. He is a member of ZPAP in Torun. He works in painting, drawing and children's book illustration. His works have been exhibited in more than 130 collective and individual exhibitions (at home and abroad, including Japan, France, Germany). He has won several awards in the field of painting. He works as an instructor of painting and drawing and is involved in exhibitions at the Cultural Center "Browar B." in Wloclawek.
