Biography
Studied and graduated from the Faculty of Graphics at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow. Member of the Ładnie group. In 2003 he was awarded the Paszport Polityki prize "for his wit and innovative use of advertising media stylistics to describe contemporary Polish customs." In the era of the crisis of national symbols and signs, on the wave of changes in the 1990s, he put forward an extremely inquisitive and suggestive diagnosis of post-totalitarian society (including the subcultural phenomenon of dresiarze), adopting a stance of critical affirmation and engaged distance.
