The work is from the Artist's latest series, which will be presented in the fall of 2023.
Maciej Rauch (b. 1988) Graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk. He received his diploma in 2012. Works mainly in the style of magic realism, painter, graphic designer, creator of installations, video clips, and experimental music. He represented the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk at the Marmara University Faculty of Fine Arts, in Istanbul, Turkey, (5th International Student Triennale, 2010). Scholarship recipient of the Marshal of the Pomeranian Voivodeship for the Creator of Culture (2017) Finalist of Hestia's Artistic Journey (2011), Finalist of the 2nd Pomeranian Art Triennale in the Painting category at the State Art Gallery in Sopot (2016) Included in the national ranking of the best Polish contemporary artists "Kompas Młodej Sztuki 2022". His latest premiere exhibition, "Other Days/The Other Days," was on view at the Center for Contemporary Art at Ujazdowski Castle in Warsaw. He was the Winner of the Audience Award for the most interesting exhibition in the "Project Room 2021/2022" competition, organized by the CCA Ujazdowski Castle in Warsaw. He has participated in numerous exhibitions at home and abroad. To his credit, he has won many awards and prizes.
