Luke Patelczyk, Abstract Composition 61

Born in 1986 in Wejherowo. In 2012 he defended his diploma at the Faculty of Painting of the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk in the studio of Prof. Teresa Miszkin and in the new media studio of Prof. Witoslaw Czerwonka. He has participated in many group and individual exhibitions in Poland and abroad. He is the winner of competitions: Artistic Journey of Hestia (special award), scholarship in Valencia in 2011, press award of the magazine "Notes for 6 Weeks" in the Competition of the 42nd Biennale of Painting "Bielska Jesień" in 2015. He is a finalist in competitions such as the 11th Geppert Competition in 2013 and Perfectionists - 1st Modessque International Painting Competition in 2013. In 2016, he received the Cultural Scholarship of the City of Gdansk. His works are in the collection of the National Museum in Gdansk and in many private collections in Poland and abroad. He lives and works in Warsaw and Bydgoszcz.
