Luiza Los-Pławszewska urodziła się w 1963 r. w Szczecinie. W 1983 r. ukończyła Państwowe Liceum Sztuk Plastycznych im. Constantina Brancusi w Szczecinie. W 1991 r. została absolwentką historii sztuki Uniwersytetu Wrocławskiego. W latach 2018-2020 studiowała malarstwo- Studia Podyplomowe Akademii Sztuk Pięknych im. Eugeniusza Gepperta we Wrocławiu. Jej prace znajdują się w zbiorach prywatnych w kraju, i zagranicą m.in. w Niemczech, Austrii, USA, Australii i w Szwajcarii. Obecnie mieszka i tworzy w Opolu.
