Laura Krysiak (1994), described as an artistic soul since childhood, attended music school
music school, took singing lessons and private painting lessons. She comes from a small
town near Warsaw. She is a self-taught painter who, since childhood, has developed her
skills by experimenting with various painting techniques. Her creative
journey began with abstract painting and acrylic paints, but over time these
interests evolved into oil paints, which allowed her more freedom to
expressing her artistic vision.
Style and Inspirations
She draws inspiration from the surrounding world and sudden, intrusive thoughts. Her works are
the result of spontaneous ideas that appear suddenly, often out of nowhere. Painting is
for her an escape from her mind, which constantly bombards her with thoughts and images.
She loves to experiment and combine different techniques.
Exhibitions and Auctions
Although she is self-taught and did not graduate from art school, she has managed to regularly
selling her works for several years, and she has also had two niche exhibitions
organized at private events. She has also started participating in art auctions, which
allows her to reach a wider audience and present her works on a larger scale.
Surrealism and Glass Balls
In search of her unique style, she became interested in surrealism and surrealism
magical. Currently, her work focuses on spontaneous abstractions and the
depicting glass balls in various settings. The glass spheres are like bubbles in which she
she encloses extreme and often non-obvious scenes. This is her way of showing the complexity and
beauty of the surrounding world in an unusual and magical way.
