Biography
Obtained his diploma at the State Higher School of Fine Arts in Gdansk in 1987 in the studio of Prof. Kazimierz Ostrowski. In 1984-87 founder and leader of Student Gallery Wlot. In 1995-2002, founder and co-manager of the Kolo Gallery in Gdansk. Originator of the Kazimierz Ostrowski Prize awarded by ZPAP in Gdansk. Dean of the Faculty of Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk from 2008-2012.
Vice-rector for development and cooperation at the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk from 2012-2016. He received the title of professor in 2011. Currently leads the 3rd Studio of Painting at the Faculty of Painting of the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk.
