PAINTING - a journey through the world suspended between the recalled past and the foretold future.
TIME - the main character - stopped - exposes the innermost emotions of symbolic but very real characters.
He mixes scenes from the past with what may happen in a moment.
IMAGE - a closed set showing the journey of man through all states of mind, body, spirit.
MEDITATION - entering the path of one's own life, looking into one's own destiny.
Krystyna Szczepaniak
Wroclaw resident by birth and choice. She graduated from the Faculty of Painting, Graphics and Sculpture at the Magdalena Abakanowicz University of Art (formerly ASP) in Poznan. She received her diploma in painting from Prof. Jerzy Kalucki's studio and in book illustration from Prof. Grzegorz Marszalek.
She has had several solo exhibitions and also participates in group exhibitions both at home and abroad. She has received several awards in Poland and France. She has been actively involved with ZPAP in Wroclaw for many years. For several years she led international plein-air workshops in Olawa, and for the past 12 years she has led the "Park of Art" plein-air workshops in Kliczków Castle. She sits on the jury in art competitions for children, young people and adults.
Artistically active, she is no stranger to any creative media. She mainly works with computer graphics (mainly books), painting, ceramics and photography. She has conducted periodic field photography workshops as part of her own project. Socialite. Lives, plays and works in Wroclaw.
